- Who have knowledge in the Quran and Sunnah and the way of the generation that received, practiced, and accurately transmitted the Quran and Sunnah;
- Who have faith in Islam: its creed, statements, and practices;
- Who believe that Islam is clear, perfect, complete, and stands in no need of creation’s logic or any religious innovation;
- Who believe that the entire seen world is the creation of Allah, alone, without partners;
- Who also believe in the entire unseen worlds Allah told us about in his Book and by the words of His Messengers;
- Who believe in the accounts and tales found in the Quran and Sunnah about what happened in the past and what will happen in the future;
- Who know their current world, understand their respective community’s culture and religious and worldly needs;
- Who promote Islam as it is, without change, and use Islam’s blessed creed, statements, and practices to solve modern-day problems and needs;
- Who don’t seek fame or worldly benefits from their mission;
- Who call to the true Islamic unity by refuting and rejecting sectarianism, all types of fitnah, watered-down Islam, division, innovation in the religion, and any and all deviations from the Quran and Sunnah and the way of the generation that Allah entrusted to receive, practice, and accurately transmit the Quran and Sunnah.
